Welcome. These policies exist to protect both you (the Client) and us (the Company/Freelancer).
By using our services, website, or purchasing any digital or design-related product, you agree to the terms below.

1. TERMS OF SERVICE

Project Scope & Deliverables

All projects include the deliverables listed in the chosen package. Any request outside the agreed scope (extra pages, features, revisions, branding, SEO, etc.) will require an additional fee.

Project Timeline

Timelines begin once:

  1. Payment/deposit is received

  2. All required content, logins, and materials are submitted

Delays in client responses or missing materials will extend the timeline.

Payments

  • All services must be paid according to the agreed schedule (deposit, milestones, or paid in full).

  • Work begins only after payment is received.

  • Outstanding balances must be paid before final files, publishing, or transfer of ownership.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revisions. Extra revisions are billed at the current hourly or per-revision rate.

​

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate content and materials you own or have rights to use

  • Approve drafts and respond within reasonable timeframes

  • Maintain backups of your content and website after delivery

​

Intellectual Property

Final approved design assets belong to the client once the project is paid in full.
All drafts, concepts, working files, or unused designs remain the property of the designer unless otherwise agreed.

Website Platforms & Third-Party Tools

We are not responsible for outages, bugs, platform limitations, or changes made by Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, WordPress, plugins, or third-party service providers.

​

Liability Limitation

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or data

  • Hacked or compromised sites

  • Platform outages

  • Client misuse, content errors, or future updates after project completion

We provide design services—not legal, tax, coding, or cybersecurity services.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

Information We Collect

We may collect name, email, phone number, and project details when you contact us or purchase a service.

How We Use Your Information

  • To communicate with you

  • To provide services

  • To process payments

  • To send project updates or invoices

How We Protect Your Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.
All client information is kept confidential and used only for project-related communication.

Third-Party Services

Payment processors, website platforms, and tools used during your project have their own privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party data handling practices.

Cookies

Our website may use standard cookies for analytics and basic functionality.

Your Rights

You may request to update or delete your stored information at any time.

3. REFUND POLICY

Digital & Design Services

Because design and digital services are custom and labor-based, all payments, deposits, and fees are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations

If you cancel a project:

  • Completed work up to that point will be billed

  • Deposits and payments already made will not be refunded

 

Project Inactivity

If the client becomes inactive or unresponsive for 14 days or more, the project may be paused.
If inactive for 30 days or more, the project may be closed with no refund. A restart fee may apply if the client wishes to resume.

 

Rush Fees

All rush fees, weekend fees, and priority fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

4. DISCLAIMERS

Not Responsible for Client Content

You are solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy of your content

  • Copyright ownership of text, images, logos, and media

  • Legal disclaimers required for your business

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Increased traffic or sales

  • SEO ranking positions

  • Platform performance

  • Future compatibility with updates, plugins, or third-party systems

​

Maintenance

After final delivery, the client is responsible for:

  • Updates

  • Backups

  • Maintenance

  • Renewals
    Unless enrolled in a paid maintenance plan.

5. WEBSITE & DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

Digital Files

All digital products (templates, graphics, downloads) are final sale. Due to their downloadable nature, no refunds or exchanges are provided.

​

Licensing

Designs are licensed for the client’s business use only.
Resale, redistribution, or claiming the design as your own is not permitted.

​

Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to feature completed work in our portfolio, marketing, or social media unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.
